The Le Creuset that Almost got away!

You know how they say you'll never regret the things you buy, only the things you didn't
buy? Well, that happens to me all the time! Most recently, while at the Le Creuset outlet,
where I saw this Uber-cute powder pink 2 quart dutch oven and talked myself out of buying it!
So today, we went back to the Le Creuset outlet in Burlington where thankfully, my little
pink oven was still there. Remember I told you about my super-Patient sales clerk, the one who
allowed me to open all the Dijon boxes they had in the store to find one perfect oven and one
perfect lid? Well, that was Hope, and she remembered me today as soon as I told her I was back
for the pink Dutch oven I should have bought on my first trip. As we chatted, Hope mentioned
something about how much I must love using them... The look on my face stopped her cold
when it all came flooding back to her, and she said, Oh, you're the lady that only buys them
to display them in her kitchen. Yup! That's me. Although, I might use them eventually!
The other thing I've regretted not buying the last Fifty times I've been to Sur La Table is
the All-Clad Tagine I noticed on clearance - and, which has been on their clearance rack for
at least the last four months. Well, since we were headed to Burlington any way, I called Ken
and asked him to hold it for me. At the moment I am creating a pork dish in it... Stay tuned!
